Information Meeteow uses

Meeteow stores the email address and display name you provide, along with Circles, memberships, plans and participation you create. It also stores session and verification records needed to sign you in and protect the service.

Why it is used

This information is used to provide private Circle and plan features, authenticate users, prevent abuse, maintain security and respond to support requests. Meeteow does not provide public Circle discovery.

Service providers

Hosting, database and transactional email providers may process the limited information required to operate Meeteow. The production provider list and international data-handling details must be confirmed during legal review. Verification email is planned to be delivered through Resend.

Retention and choices

Records are kept while needed to provide and secure the service. Some changed plans and participation are retained for product continuity. A final deletion and retention policy is still required before launch. Contact [email protected] to ask about your information.

Security and changes

Meeteow uses access controls and protected sessions, but no online service can promise absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be reflected by an updated effective date.
